Add Notes to the Printed Schedule

Once you have created a schedule, you can add notes and comments to it. These notes appear on the printed schedule.

  1. Click to open the Toggle Menu, then select Schedule Notes.

  2. In the Notes dialog box, enter the text that you want to appear at the bottom of the printed schedule and click Done.

    You may enter up to 4000 characters for the note.

    When you print the schedule, the text appears at the bottom of the printed schedule.
